About Wichita Knitters' Guild, a Membership Organization for All Skill Levels

The Wichita Knitters’ Guild is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing fellowship, education, and communication to advance the community’s quality of workmanship and creativity in our knitting endeavors. We meet the third Wednesday of every month at the Advanced Learning Library in downtown Wichita. All knitters are welcome, regardless of level – from beginners to advanced knitters, designers, and teachers.

Our guild has a strong commitment to the Wichita community and regularly contributes to local charities, schools, hospitals, and other organizations in need.

Our Board

WKG is a nonprofit organization run by volunteers who serve one-year terms. The board meets regularly to plan monthly guild meetings, retreats, and other activities. If you are interested in joining the board, positions are one-year committments with no member serving in a role for more than two years.
